Shipping, Returns and Terms of Purchase

PRICES 
All prices are given in Euro, including VAT.

 
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made through Klarna, Swish, bankcard, debit card or credit card connected to Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Please observe that the recipient of the order’s name and address must match the owner of the card’s name and address.
 
SECRECY
BonniBonne AB is following GDPR regarding all administration of personal information.

 
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN

The Swedish law of distant purchases is valid for all purchases from our shop or through telephone. It states that you as a customer have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days. The withdrawal period starts from the day the customer has received the product. The product shall be returned in the same condition as when it was received, which means unused and unharmed. The product shall be packed in its original packing.

Refund is normally processed withing 1-5 working days, at the very latest within 30 days after we have received and approved the return. Please observe that eventual invoice shall be payed even if you return the product. Refund of the order is made after approved return. 

BonniBonne AB is not responsible for eventual transporting damages during returns. Please send your return well packaged.

How to make a return:

  1. Contact our customer service to ask for return shipping note and the return form.

  2. Pack the product well, use the original packing as well as a protecting transport packing, equivalent to the packing which it was delivered in.

  3. Return the product to the warehouse of BonniBonne AB using the return shipping note which was sent to you.

When you use your right to return a product, you as a customer always pay the shipping cost.


Complaints
You have the right to complaint a product if it can be assumed to have a manufacturing defect. Contact us at hello@bonnibonne.com and attach clear pictures of the faulty product. Also state your order number. We will replace the product with a new one. If the product is out of stock, we will refund it.

 

TRANSPORT DAMAGES
Be careful when examining your products after receiving a delivery. Look for eventual damages right away. For products with visible, outer damages to be complaints with us, the damages need to be noted on the shipping note from the shipping company. Ask the driver/agent to note the damage and sign. If you note hidden faults/transport damages after opening the package, please let us not as soon as possible. Contact us at hello@bonnibonne.com for all transporting damages. Attach clear images of the damage and eventual damaged packaging and state your order number in the email.

 


COLOR AND IMAGES
We strive to reproduce the colors and textures of our products as exact as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the pictures shown in the web shop exactly matches the products. How, for example, colors are rendered is depending on your computer/monitor/phone/tablet, settings etc.

 


INACCURATE INFORMATION
We reserve the right to correct eventual inaccurate information regarding price and delivery time. We reserve for eventual errors in both product information, price, and availability. Even after completed purchase and sent order confirmation we preserve the right to change the price and delivery time if there is a misprint occurring. If a BonniBonne product is out of stock, or for other reason is not available, BonniBonne is not obliged to provide such a product notwithstanding the customer having ordered this product. When the customer has proceeded with an order, BonniBonne cannot change the order and the return terms apply.

 


OTHER TERMS
If you are under 18 years old, you need a guardian’s permission to order from us.

We will notice the police regarding all attempts of fraud. BonniBonne AB reserves the right to cancel a purchase if there is fraudulent suspicions. 

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION AND DELIVERY TIMES 
BonniBonne AB is a relatively newly founded company and we strive toward being an accessible company with close service to our customers. We pack and deliver our products as soon as we have received the orders, but we need a few more days to cope with larger order stocks. Today we have a delivery time of 2-10 days for Sweden and 10-15 days outside of Sweden.

GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATIONS
BonniBonnes’s web shop is today only delivering within Sweden. For deliveries outside Sweden, please contact us a hello@bonnibonne.com.
